Members are matched into small groups based on their hobbies, interests, and abilities, and are supported by a professionally trained and vetted Good Company Host.
Our sessions are designed to help members maintain their physical and mental well-being by engaging in activities they love, while providing carers with a regular, affordable break so they can provide care for longer.
Good Company explore
Good Company Explore offers a trained Good Company Host who provides 3 hours of companionship for two individuals.
The session includes picking up members from their homes, going on an outing tailored to their preferences, and returning them safely home.
This service costs £45, covering transport, refreshments, and activities.
Affordable
Session costs are £15 per hour, including refreshments, travel, and activities. Good Company delivers exceptional benefits at an affordable price.
Personalised
Each session revolves around hobbies and activities that guests enjoy. From gardening to painting, baking to exploring the great outdoors, there's something for everyone.
Enriching
Beyond Good Company sessions, our team supports you and your loved ones in accessing necessary services and advice. We can also recommend tried and tested local activities.
Trusted
Good Company Hosts are accredited by East Sussex County Council, have enhanced DBS checks, and insurance. They are assessed by an independent social worker and receive ongoing professional support.

Meet your Good Company host
Once Good Company has matched you with a suitable host, the host will come and visit for a chemistry session.
If the chemistry session goes well, your relative will be invited to a Good Company taster session with the Host. If they're not satisfied, we'll provide a full refund.
