Community Concierge
We are looking for someone warm, calm and emotionally intelligent to help create a welcoming and relational atmosphere at Good Company HQ in Crowborough. This role is about building trusted relationships and supporting older adults, carers and families through conversation, connection and everyday support. You will help people feel welcome, valued and less alone, while supporting the day to day life of HQ and working alongside volunteers and the wider Good Company team. If you enjoy working with people and believe support should feel human, we would love to hear from you.​

Volunteer Finance Adviser
We are looking for an experienced and values led finance professional to support The Good Company People as we continue to grow. This voluntary advisory role will help strengthen our financial planning, reporting and governance, supporting sustainable and confident decision making across the organisation. You will work closely with the CEO, Trustees and wider team, helping us build strong financial foundations for the future. If you believe in the importance of community, relationships and helping people age well, we would love to hear from you.​

Role Type: Volunteer role with reasonable expenses reimbursed
Time Commitment: Approximately 7 days per month, flexible
Location: Hybrid or remote, with occasional meetings in East Sussex
