The Good Company People
Our People - Delia Pop, Co-Founder

Why did you join Good Company?
I didn't really have a choice as this is the brainchild of my wife. However, I have direct experience of my grandad living with dementia and how my family rallied around him to support him in Romania. My Mother in Law Hazel lives with us and I care for her with my wife Lucy. We want to use our professional and lived experience to help others in a similar situation.
What is your professional background?
I was trained as a Medical Doctor and I've been working in care reform and system change for the last 25 years. I've worked in 40 countries helping Governments and Organisations to improve and change the way they care for children. I developed and implemented a globally recognised model to supporting families experiencing adversity in developing countries, published books and research papers. I am enjoying translating my experience and developing a model to support older adults in the UK.
