Welcome to The Good Company Club
We believe the more socially connected you are, the healthier and happier you'll be.
We organise dementia-welcoming experiences based on your hobbies and interests. From wine tasting to dancing, pottery to singing, walking to art, there is always something for everyone. Our Club experiences are carefully curated to give you an opportunity to meet new people to make genuine friendships. We always have a TGCP dementia specialist who is on hand to provide a little extra support and advice.
"I had to take painkillers after Supper Club as I laughed so hard my tummy hurt!"
The Saturday Company Club
Come and join us for a social on the 1st Saturday of the month. It's the perfect way for you and the person you care for to learn something new and meet new friends. Experiences include wine tasting, art, baking, gardening, pottery and music and always accompanied by a delicious afternoon tea.
The Tuesday Lunch Club
The Tuesday Lunch Club is a weekly lunch at the Blue Anchor pub in Crowborough. Members are welcome between 10.30 - 14.30 to enjoy a Good Company session or simply turn up for lunch. Lunch, unlimited tea and coffee and a delicious cake costs £10 per person and it's an additional £5 if you require transport. Good Company Hosts can also provide respite for people living with dementia in or around Crowborough to give carers a break.
The Wednesday Supper Club
You are welcome to join us for a dementia-welcoming supper and sing along. Our ever-growing songbook includes The Beatles, Neil Diamond, The Sound of Music to Doris Day. Come and join us to sing at the top of your voice on the 3rd Wednesday of every month between 6.30pm - 9pm in Crowborough.
The Thursday Walking Club
You are welcome to join our walking group on the 4th Thursday of the month. We potter through local parks or forests while enjoying the fresh air, exercise, and the company of others. Walks are no more than 45 minutes and always end up at a local cafe or pub to enjoy a cup of tea and cake. Dogs are always very welcome.
